If you install QTP,automatically Flight Reservation Application also be installed.

Hi admin

Here are the steps that i need to convert into automation script

open fax order dialog box

tick on “send sign with fax”

and check whether the sign in the preview fax window is the same as the sign in previous window

Can you please tell me how to do that?? (i have been told it involves analog recording and bmp checkpoint) however it must work even when i change the signature and rerun the test.

Expert Comment please:

If I add below method at teh end of the script it opens login window (Flight Reservation Application) twice.
InvokeApplication “C:\Program Files\Mercury Interactive\QuickTest Professional\samples\flight\app\flight4a.exe”

But if added the same at the start of the script……then it opens once

if you want to select the any random TO flight and From flight

retrieve all items using GetROProperty(“all items”)

and split with space

allarry=split(allitems,” “)

.weblist(“weblistname”).select “#”&randomnumber(0,allarray.count-1)

it will randomly generate value and select the particular position value in the list.

if i am wrong, correct me
